Originally this down was developed for the high end Japanese market to be used in technically sophisticated jackets.  Usually this rare down is reserved for extreme mountain climbing equipment for people who want the best.  It was originally developed for the very high end Japanese market for high end jackets and duvets.

The down used in these comforters has been tested out at 1000 loft, verified by the International Down & Feather Laboratory in Salt Lake City, Utah. This lab is recognized as the best in the world and is used by both the Canadian and U.S. governments.

The Embassy duvet is covered in a German made, soft 340 thread count Tencel and Cotton batiste ticking with beautiful finishing details, for a luxurious look and feel. It has been designed to be a wonderfully comfortable duvet, with all the same fine finishing details of all St.Geneve duvets.
