Do you offer monogramming?Many of our lines do have monogramming available as an option. Please contact us for specific requests and details. Matouk is especially strong in monogramming and embroidery options.
Do you offer custom
sized linens and bedding?
One of our many
specialties is creating and designing custom sized linens and bedding. Whether you have an
odd sized mattress or extra long tablecloth, we have many fabric choices that
can be made to fit your needs. Please contact us for more information.
Currently we do not print any catalogs. This website acts as a catalog, although for various reasons even it doesn't show all the products you can find at our retail locations. This is especially true of fabrics, the incredible variety of options available make some lines extremely difficult to bring online (some of our custom lines have 1000+ fabrics with almost infinite variations in size, pattern, fabric combinations, etc).
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping.
How do I place an order?
As you navigate
through our site, you can click on different items that interest you with or
without the intention of buying them. Once you have everything in your shopping
cart, go through the items picked and either adjust quantities or delete
unwanted items. Click on RECALCULATE and you should be ready to check out.
Next, click on the CHECKOUT button to complete the order. You must fill out all
the required fields on the order form for it to be processed. Click on next and
enter your payment information. Shortly after completing your order you will
receive an automatically generated email verifying the quantity of each item ordered, total purchase
amount and address where the order will be shipped. If here are any mistakes in
this confirmation please email us back immediately to correct them before the
order is shipped. If you do not recieve this automatic email it is highly likely that your Internet Service Provide or Spam Filter is over zealous at blocking emails, so make sure to check all your folders and verify you can receive our emails.
Is everything on the site available
for free shipping?
Unless noted
otherwise, all merchandise is shipped free of charge within the continental USA as long as
the sales amount is greater than $200. Free shipping applies to internet orders
only. We will advise you in the description of an item that requires any extra
shipping or handling charges (Beds, for example)
The shopping cart won't take my credit
card.
First, make sure a valid credit card number is keyed in. Also, don't type
any slashes, dashes, or spaces as you input the credit card number and
expiration date. Make sure that the zip code in billing matches that where your
credit card statement is mailed to. This is a security feature. If all of the
above is correct you should have no problem proceeding.
Do you ship
International?
Yes, we do ship internationally to many countries. For more information see our Shipping Information link.
Do
you charge sales tax?
Any orders
being shipped to a Arizona
address are charged 7.1% sales tax. Any orders not shipped to a Arizona address do not
incur a sales tax.
How do you suggest I care for my linens?
Sleeping in fine quality linens is always a pleasure; caring for them can be also, if you follow some simple suggestions for ensuring their proper care. In return, you will prolong the life of your bed and table linens, while preserving their beautiful appearance. While most of our bedding is made from natural fibers that generally can be machine-washed at home, please be sure to read the care label on each item for best results.
