The St. Geneve Altro pillow is fully adjustable for firmness. The special opening allows you to alter the amount of fill. The fill is a special Daunlon polyester, a soft, puffy cluster that is easy to handle when moving it in or out of the pillow. Included with the pillow is special pouch of additional fiber so you can add more to make it firmer, or you can remove filler to make it softer and store it in the pouch.
