Terms of Sale / Return Policy

These Policies apply to all online orders from J Brulee, placed either via internet or phone.


PAYMENT and SHIPPING POLICY

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
  • We support the environment and do recycle by reusing paper, packing material & cardboard boxes used to ship orders.
  • Orders are usually charged in full within 24 hours of order, including for special, custom, and made to order item orders. For your security and protection credit card information is not kept on file or accessible therefore we cannot charge later or in part, this includes back ordered items.
  • Items ordered together will often ship together, please take this into account when ordering stocked items with special order, custom or made to order items as it will often delay shipping of your order. Upon request we can split shipping, please note that separate shipping charges will apply for each shipment, including for free shipping offers.
  • We often drop ship packages directly from the manufacturers, in which case you may receive multiple packages. Packages usually arrive within 7-14 business days of order unless a product you order is noted with a longer shipping time or is on backorder with the manufacturer.
  • Many packages will usually require a signature for delivery. You may request (in our comments section) that your item be shipped "no signature required", however by doing so this means you are accepting 100% responsibility for the merchandise once it is delivered to your ship to address. As we often drop ship from suppliers we cannot guarantee they will honor all requests for non-signature.
  • Please confirm your address is correct when placing an order. If an order is refused or is undeliverable you will be charged the applicable restocking fee, in addition to all shipping costs and expenses related to the order, however there are no refunds given on any items in the return exclusion list below in the event of refusal or undeliverable situation.

PRICES and SALES TAX POLICY
  • Prices are subject to change. A sales tax rate of 8.7% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within Arizona.
  • Items on web pages that are cached by your computer or in the web server of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that have obsolete sale prices or prices that have changed will not be honored. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.


RETURN POLICY

 

  • We have a 15 day return policy, you may return your purchase within 15 days of delivery for store credit or refund. Exclusions to this policy include fabric yardage, items marked as discontinued or being discontinued (unless otherwise noted), sale items of 15% off or more, items shipped to international addresses, twin, twin XL, full, split queen, split king, cal-king / california king sheets and bedding, bed skirts, dust ruffles, curtain panels, personal care products, and all special order, custom, made to order, or monogrammed items as these are made or ordered just for you. Due to health & hygiene and manufacturer considerations we cannot accept returns on sheets, bedding, shower curtains that have been removed from original packaging. Mattress pads, featherbeds, sleep pillows, pillow inserts, and comforters are not returnable.  All sales become final after the 15 day return period has elapsed.
  • To request a return, contact us via email within 7 days of merchandise receipt to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. All packages being returned require an RMA number and must arrive to our store or an authorized ship to location within 10 days of issue of the RMA. No return shipments are accepted without return authorization. We recommend insuring your product against loss or damage. We are not responsible for items you return to the manufacturer without permission or authorization and no credit or refunds will be issued. We do not refund shipping charges. You are responsible for all shipping & handling fees involved in a return or exchange, including items originally ordered under a free shipping promotion.
  • Authorized returns must be new and unused and in original condition and packaging. We only sell product that is in original, factory fresh condition unless otherwise noted as a display or floor stock, therefore products need to be in a resalable shelf-ready condition and/or able to be returned to the the manufacturer stock ready like new in the condition in which they were received. Due to health codes and supplier restrictions we cannot accept a return or exchange of any item with any indication that it has been used, with the exception of robes, pajamas and clothing that may be tried on for fit. All packaging, tags and inserts must be included. Returns must be free of dirt, debris, hair, pet dander, and scents such as smoke, perfumes, etc.
  • Items are subject to a restocking fee: Depending on manufacturer/brand, items authorized for return are subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%. At our discretion we may accept a return on special order/made to order or custom items, however a 50% restocking fee will apply. This also applies to items returned without prior authorization.  We will also deduct any outbound shipping charges and processing fees we incurred.
  • Shipping Delays: Because each Manufacturer or shipping companies processing and delivery times vary, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of an order. Time-frames given are estimates only based on experience with that supplier. We do not guarantee delivery times.
  • Free Shipping Promotions & Offers: Any returnable items returned that were sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your account minus any delivery, handling, shipping costs and restocking fees. If the amount returned brings the remainder of the order under $100, shipping fees will be applied to the rest of the order.
  • Special Orders, Custom, Made to Order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. In some instances the items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please see information regarding shipping delays above. Please note that these items are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours from receipt of order.
  • Please check your order when it arrives for defects or discrepancies. If you receive a defective or damaged product, an incorrect item, or are missing part of your order, contact us via email within 3 days to report the issue and to receive instructions. Defective product is eligible for replacement only. All missing items, order discrepancies, damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order and prior to washing or cleaning in any way. Please note that most fabric items and hand made products have measurement tolerances and minor variations in size, finish or color are not considered defects, we consider a tolerance of up to +/-5% for fabric items acceptable. Note that colors may display differently on different monitors due to settings as well as other factors beyond our control, therefore we cannot accept returns based on color issues unless due to an obvious manufacturer defect or a mistake on our part. We recommend you order a swatch or sample product to ensure color matching before placing a larger order.
  • How to Change or Cancel an Order:As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer. Once the order is placed, you become obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, J Brulee will not accept cancellations or changes once a product is ordered. At our discretion we may make exceptions to this policy, in which case a 20% cancellation fee will apply, however, custom, made to order, monogrammed, or special order items are not able to be cancelled under any circumstances..

Send all returns to the address below (after you receive an RMA number and unless otherwise instructed): Please make sure your RMA # is clearly visible on the box. Packages are not accepted without a visible assigned RMA number.
