This is Royal-Pedic's top-of-the-line, most plush organic pillowtop innerspring mattress. It offers world class comfort with its attached pillowtop pads sewn in on both the top and bottom of the mattress, while avoiding the use of unhealthy chemically treated materials. The luxurious German woven organic cotton fabric is quilted with layers of our pre-compressed, chemical free French wool, followed by 2 ฝ” thick layers of all natural latex for added suppleness. Surrounding the Royal-Flexฎ 760i innerspring system are 10oz. organic cotton fabric, layering of pristine organic cotton padding, and more natural latex that are inner-tufted for extra support and durability. Overall mattress height to the floor is approximately 29” high with our 14”–14ฝ” mattress, 7พ” thick box spring, and 7" metal frame.

• The Royal Cloud Organic Pillow-Top Mattress features their double heat tempered, Royal-Flex 760i Innerspring System designed in Switzerland. The innerspring unit contains double the amount of coils compared to the industry standard for greater sensitivity to body contours. The coils in the mattress are open ended, unknotted, six turn coils providing more flexibility,  for better overall body support and relaxation. T-Spring Side Supports are installed around the perimeter of the spring system to provide edge firmness and support.
• Royal-Pedic's skilled craftsmen hand layer the organic staple cotton padding on each side of the innerspring unit to ensure a consistent, supportive sleeping surface. No polyurethane foam padding is in the mattress, so you have lasting support for your body and a healthier sleeping environment.
• The layers of organic cotton padding are supported by Royal-Pedic's heavy duty, 10oz. 100% organic cotton canvas fabric to prevent the cotton from pocketing into the coils. In comparison, many brands of mattresses use an under carpet like support pad that is comprised of ground up scraps of various synthetic materials that are hot glued to a nylon webbed backing.
• Additional layers of all natural latex are added above the organic cotton padding for added comfort and cushioning.
• Royal-Pedic inner hand tuft's by hand the old fashioned way with European tufting straps to further pre-compress the organic cotton padding for orthopedic back support. We do not use buttons to tuft our mattresses because buttons have a tendency to turn on their side creating an uncomfortable sleeping surface.
• The mattress is covered in Royal-Pedic's luxurious 100% organic cotton ticking woven in Germany, which ventilates body heat, is free of chemicals, and has a sateen smooth feel, rather than a canvas like feel. In contrast, most brands of mattresses use shinny polyester fabrics that contain chemical flame retardant.
• Comprising the pillowtop portions of the mattress, the luxurious German woven organic cotton fabric is quilted with layers of our pre-compressed, chemical free French wool to provide a temperature controlling layer, additional comfort, as well as a fire barrier without using chemicals, followed by generous 2ฝ” thick layers of all natural Talalay latex for pressure point relief and plush “cloud like” comfort.

Royal-Pedic's Double Diamond Box Spring construction is the finest available. We provide 22% more coils than is standard for extra support and durability, and have 50% more coils located in the center-third of the box spring to support the body better (about 60% of our body weight is located in our torso area). The thickness of our coil wire is an extra heavy duty 8 3/4 gauge compared to the standard 9 ฝ - 10 gauge wire. Even our box spring contains a layer of organic staple cotton padding for added support for the underside of the mattress, as well as layering of our French wool to provide a natural fire barrier. Brass corner guards are installed on all corners, rather than the plastic ones that break off easily, and heavy duty organic cotton fabric is used on the underside of the box spring, instead of the thin synthetic sheeting that commonly droops and frays easily.
